Is it normal to pee this much?

So I have this habit that I'm tired of, I go to bed and end up waking up a couple of times to go pee! I don't even drink anything before going to bed. It really bothers me because sometimes it's hard for me to go back to sleep, after I wake up. Any suggestions on what to do, to not go pee at night?
Thanks for your time!

Me too. You must be skinny. If I drink something, I go pee like ... So many times it gets annoying.

You can get pills to take before bed to slow down the kidneys so they don`t make so much urine at night. You should see your doctor about getting some.

how much water do you drink each day? And how much of your intake includes caffeine?

This may play a part in how much urine you output

That's a symptom of many possible urinary tract/ bladder problems; go see a doctor.

The obvious thing to give a shot is to see if you can use the bathroom just before bed. I drink a lot of water during the day, so I know that if I don't do that, I'll be waking up in the middle of the night, myself.

If it's to the point that your sleep is actively getting disrupted even when you try all that you can, you may want to do a little research to see if you can find any sorts of problems that match your symptoms. If you find something that sounds like you (and try to go with Occam's Razor on this one; you're almost certainly not dying) then you may wish to contact a medical expert. I'd suggest reading up on the bladder as a start, though.

I pee a lot too but i also drink close to 3.5L of water a day.

I suggest you try increasing your bladder capacity by holding it in during day time and using the loo less often. Over time this will help you with an uninterrupted overnight sleep.

Never really had a problem with that, so I don't know how to help you.

Anyway I'm gonna go with, no it's not normal.
