Is it normal to pick at healed wounds?

Well, a lot of people pick at scabs, but I pick at mine until the point that they don't heal properly. I think they start off as insect bites or bits of dry skin, but I itch and pick, like a child. I even end up picking at scars, and that just makes even worse scars. I'm not thinking about this when I do it. Is anyone else like me?

    Don't do that. When the wound is open again your at risk of infection of that wound. If it's that bad wrap something around it so you can't pick at the wound

    I pick my scars all the time! I've been told to stop but I can't. No worries I believe it's normal!
