Is it normal to pluck leg hair

I don't know why but forever i have had an infatuation with plucking hair. It started with my eyebrows, I have always kept up with the strays. But recently, and I don't know why I have had an infatuation with plucking my leg hair. Its satisfying in the weirdest way maybe because its reassuring to know it wont grow back for a while. idk someone tell me if I am normal.

    Plucking hair makes the haircell mess up, please don't pluck your leghair. You will regret it later!

    Waxing will achieve the not grow back for a while thing also and it's less tedious!
