Is it normal to poop more easily when you take your pants off?

When I'm constipated I take my pants off completely inside the bathroom and that seems to help, IIN?

    I actually find it easier to poop with my pants on. Good thing I only do #2 at home...

    I find it worse. When using the bathroom before a shower, I'll take my pants and such completely off. I find it more uncomfortable or awkward. But either way, i figure it's normal. I won't judge your poop methods!

    Not really.

    I mean sure pulling my pants down so I don't drop my load *in* them is fine but I have no need to do more than that.

    If I have to go and it's not coming out, I usually find that relaxing, or standing back up to let things move around helps. Or trying again later.
