I don't hate children but I'd rather have a dog or a cat over a kid. Is that normal?

    i mean, raising a child is a huge responsibility, and even just babysitting/watching a child can be tricky because you never know what could affect them forever. pets are just much less stressful it's not that weird.

      Seems too risky to me. Like people tend to take that shit for granted. Not only that but for some reason it's bad to not want to have kids. A lot of people feel this primal need to carry on their legacy, which I've never personally experienced.

    I think it’s normal. Plus your mind could change in the future which is also normal. Either way, you get to do whatever the fuck you want to do :) your life, your decisions.

    I think it's normal. Maybe it's my age but currently I don't like children and can't imagine wanting to raise one, but I do love my dog and enjoy raising it.

    Normal. Kids cost a lot more time, patience, money, and resources that I really don't care to devote to them.
