Is it normal to pretend to be dead?

Sometimes, I lie on my bed and pretend I'm dead. I'm not suicidal or anything- I'm not saying I wish I was dead, I just pretend to be a dead body sometimes. I lie down with my legs dangling off the edge of the bed and stay completely still and limp and pretend to be a dead person. It's fun. And very, very weird. It's strangely relaxing. I just listen to the sounds (or the quiet) around me.

How's it different from just lying in bed in a weird position?

I used to do this when I was younger. I'd imagine up scenes like in a movie and "Play dead" sort of thing. And I'd act out (very quietly, seeing as everyone was asleep at this point) what the plot would go like. It usually ended up with me, or the movie version of me anyways, dying.
    It was fun.

I was gonna post this topic at some point but I thought I might disturb people. I think it's fun to sort of imagine being a murder victim being discovered by someone. When I was young it was one of the main reasons I wanted to act. I wanted to see how convincingly I could play dead. Plus, it would be interesting hearing people mourning you.

Well I do that when my bf comes over.I lay on the living room with my tshirt soaked in fake blood and I act like I'm dead.Ik it's a mean trick but its quite cute to "come back alive" when he's got me wrapped up in his arms and is convinced about my supposed death. He is always saying God why did you take her and Oh baby I love you my darling angel.Come back to me.I guess it's more of an experiment to see how much he needs me and if I could die and leave him behind. Its so hard when I have like a dare to be dead

Is this some weird fetishist game you play together? Does he enjoy this game? Otherwise it's just weird, potentially manipulative, and I find it hard to see how it's healthy.

In other words I've almost died enough times for it to be very believable that I am dead.

I remember doing that as a little kid. I wish I could be in a horror movie and die a gory death on the screen all cray.
