Is it normal to pretend you're fat?

i will literally put on layers of clothing and walk around and pretend i'm fat. Idk if it's to make myself feel different or prevent me from eating or what. But i am OBSESSED with the idea of gaining weight.

        Is it fuck. I've got a 6 pack but I still consider myself to be overweight and want to lose more body fat. It's not a mental illness, I just have high standards of what a normal body should look like.
