Is it normal to pretend your making a youtube video?

I often sit infront of my bedroom mirror and pretend I'm on camera recording a YouTube video. I like to 'make videos' about makeup and stuff.. Is this normal? Does anyone else so this?

    I do that too! Like ill actually walk around my house and whisper to myself and act like I'm vlogging or something!!

    I do this too, but I actually record my videos. I don't put them on YouTube though.

    Yep, me too. I pretend I'm vlogging, saying stuff like "Hey guys, sorry for not having updated in a while, but-" and just making up completely nonsense stories about what I've been doing. I feel so stupid typing it out, haha.

    wow i do this all the time everytime i get something new iam like ok youtube this is the unboxing of a lifetime! and then i actually say subscribe lol iam not lying. i ALMOST WENT TO COUNSELING

    Lol do like a fake makeup tutorial or a fake news story. Youtube takes itself way too seriously.

    OMGG! I do the same thingg!
    I pretend I am making a youtube video and say things like "I have green eyes, so I put on some brown mascara, because black is too harsh....blablabla" LOL

    I don't do it so much in a mirror, usually if I'm walking around I'll pretend I'm on my own show or something :)

    I do that too. I'll 'report' on a news story in the mirror.
    I want to be a news anchor one day, so it's good practise :)
