Is it normal to pull your spilt ends off your hair

I will go through my hair and pull the spilt ends out and I also pull out short poky hairs from my head. I'm a beautiful girl and love my hair but unjust can't stand poky hairs and split ends is this normal?

    Don't pull them because it causes further damage to the hair...causing more split ends and frizzing. Next time you see a split end use scissors and snip the hair above the split. You'll look a lot better.

    you must have a lot of bald patches through your hair. yeah that sounds heaps hot.....
