Is it normal to put on record many facets of one's life?

Hi, just an f.y.i., but this started as a desire to have a real life pause menu, like in a video game.

So basically I use apps on my phone to organize different things of my life. I use apps to keep track of: calender events for keeping track of bills, prescription refills, to-do lists, contacts for keeping track of people who I don't even have a phone number for to keep notes on noteworthy things, a financial app to keep track of the flow of my money and budget.

I use YouTube for educational resources like philosophy, psychology, science delving into quantum mechanics, the dichotomy of particles, double slit experiment discussions, I watch spirit science, academy of ideas, Ted-Ed, practical psychology, improvement pill, Michio Kaku.

I use Google docs on my phone to keep track of grocery lists, to do lists, things for work, "social consequences"

I'm 23 so that puts me in the millennial category. Tell me what you think, is it normal?

You seem like a fairly intelligent person who enjoys using technology to the fullest. Normal, I would say.

You have totally embraced technology in your life. Sounds normal for a 23 year old.

I'd say it's normal. It's probably just your way of keeping in control in life.

I think it's normal. I actually make list on google drive as well. It's good to have a list they are helpful.
