Is it normal to re-read texts over and over

Im sure most of you text people you secretly have a crush on, your gf/bf, or someone you just like. Well recently i been texting this gentlemen who i have a burning crush on, and weve been flirting back and forth through texts. His most recent text was "you have the most gorgeous face when you smile" and since then, Ive been looking at that text ove3r and over, it just makes me smile and reminds me of how excited i get when i think of him, and when i see him in person i get butterflies, i think back of that text.

Before i go to bed i re read the texts that weve had back and forth. Not only that, i also look back at old texts and old conversations at random places..if im waiting in line or doing whatever i always look

Is this normal.?

    Fuck, i do this too sometimes but i think im the only guy that admitted to this so far. AGHHHH im so sensitive, fuck! now i need to go beat up some nerds or play some football to get my manliness back xD

      Definitely normal...I think. I'm a guy and I do this too,but only the ones from the good times I had with my ex...ugh but they make me so sentimental! Need to move on but yup sometimes it just feels good and almost like it was happening all over again in that moment. :]

        Ahhh that just made my day:) I wanted to know if guys did this or if this was considered "taboo" for them to do it, i wanted to know if guys had this soft side to them. Good now I know!

        and no, maybe for guys it will look gay, but for girls i think its pretty sweet...and cute,. when a guy shows his sensitive side. It makes me smile:)

            you misunderstand, miss anonymus poll creator, i ment tha i beat myself up. i know i have a big sensetive side, i dont try to hide it, that was just for humors sake cause i like to be a big goof xD

    I do this all the time but not only with the one I have a crush on but my friends texts as well it leavse a big smile on my face!!(; (: c: C: ~smiles~ hehe

    Yeaup I do It. A lot of the things I read on IIN leaves smiles on my face actually. Most people think I'm texting but its from this site x) also, one girl I'm talking to. I don't really have a crush on her, but she's fun to talk to. :]
