My wife of 3 decades has recently started acting like a child, when I am not home she will drink from a bottle, suck on a pacifier, and pot when she is told no to anything. She has tried to explain the whole thing to me, but being honest I am really not interested. Is it OK to let her have her fantasies with other people? I am just so confused about the whole thing.

    Infantilism is a legit kink. It's completely distinct from paedophilia, but it's still a kink.

    In answer to your question though, no-one should be forcing you into anything, and if your wife's infantilist behaviour doesn't float your boat, you're well within your rights to check out.

            Not so, they’re always acted upon. The person may be embarrassed and secretive about it, but it’s definitely being practiced. The worst ones are actually the ones that tend to come out quite quickly. They may take along time to be elaborated upon, but they’re certainly always being practiced to some degree. If not it wouldn’t be strong enough to be considered an actual fetish that they hold. Sexual desires are the strongest drives humans have bar none.

    Not necessarily 2 partners getting turned on by someone else acting like a child. Sometimes infantilists will enjoy themselves alone.
