Is it normal to say random things when you are alone out loud?

Is it normal for one to be in bed at night ready to fall asleep only to eventually start saying random things? Sometimes I'll sit up and say things like "stop" "stop talking to me" "i see you" "no" and "why". These are just a few of the things I have randomly said. I also do random things after saying these things. For example after saying these strange things I once went to my bathroom sat on the counter next to the sink and just stared at myself... And I got real close and looked into my own eyes. And for some reason I started to get freaked out by myself. I feel weird. Is any of this normal?

I hear ya. This one time I was staring in the mirror, I got closer and closer til finally I farted. Then I blamed the mirror lady, made a mean face and stormed off.

Sometimes whilst I'm sleeping, I'll half wake up but still be half dreaming at the same time. So I'll sort of act out a dream whilst also being semi-aware of what I'm doing, but completely believing it's reality.

No joke, one time I was dreaming I was about to have an awesome orgy with 4 girls, but semi-woke up. Still sort of dreaming, I quickly dashed into my bathroom, said 'This is gonna be fucking awesome', took off all my clothes and got back into bed. Needless to say, when I woke up in the morning, my first thought was 'Why the FUCK am I naked'.

Sometimes when I am really mad or focused on something, I mull it over in my head. I am used to being alone, but when I am at work and I think that no one else is in the room, I will stop to think "Did I actually say those things out loud or was I just thinking them ?"

Not normal. You need to get professional help, it may get worse with time.

A friend of mine had something similar to this, and he was diagnosed with soemthing you'd likely call multiple personalities disorder or something, so if I were you, I'd get a professional opinion about this.
