when someone or something upsets me or I find myself on the edge emotionally i often scream Kelly Clarkson lyrics at the top of my voice like a billion decibels, really loud. im such a fan of hers and since u been gone was all i sang after a bad breakup. sometimes i even scream happier Kelly songs in a good mood. the neighbours hate it though. one minute its peace and quiet and the next.....WHAT DOESNT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER

    Um.. it sounds like you may be teetering on the edge of bi-polarity. I suspect that bcuz that is characterized by extreme moods like that. Perhaps, but whatever you do, don't try LSD!
