Is it normal to see colourful static and hearing static in ears

I do have some issues but have no clue what this could be, I do occasionally mistrust my hearing, might hear someone walking behind me and see no one close enough etc. Also see outlines of shapes like if you stared at a light (but I hadn't been staring at any light), or seeing colourful static effect when closing eyes or if I stare at a blank wall I can notice that it looks like there are colours shifting (not the colours of the wall either) also my ears sometimes ring so much it's painful, or at a moderate level, occasionally they feel just in pain or fell hot for no reason

    If it's followed by a really bad headache it could be migraine.
    Whatever it is you should probably see a doctor.

    Go to a doctor. Especially as you are in pain.
