Is it normal to see millions of small dots in pitch black

Ever since I could remember I always saw really tiny dots at night all around me. Imagine pixels on a computer screen but not so big they have a rough edge but not so small they mix in making a complete picture. There are millions of little dots all around me in pitch black. They are usually green blue red and yellow. They don't make any shapes I can't imagine them away or into something else, they are just there. I thought it was normal for the longest time but recently I found out I'm the only one who sees them among my friends. Please tell me it's not just me

You should be very careful when you see this. Those 'dots' are interdimensional creatures that are no problem at all, IF they remain individual entities, or 'dots'.
But if you ever notice them coming together in groups and creating 'blobs', which they do when they are preparing to feed,
then you are in grave danger and should run away as fast as you can.

I see them too day and night but they are so small I cant really tell if they are doing anymore than shaking until they begin to clump together into what I call butterflies which wiggle a little bit. Mine are more prevalent when I look at light colored things a good distance away, like a wall (white, beige, pastel) or the sky. I also see them on my walls in the dark. Idk I think I've mentioned them in passing to my brother but he didnt seem to know what I was talking about so I dropped it.

The retina uses the MOST amount of oxygen. When you sneese really hard, tbe airflow is disrupted and makes u see spots n shit. Maybe ur retinas are overactive. Stop breathing i guess lol j/k enjoy the artificial laser show in ur head, its fun. =) haven't had it since i was a kid

I see them too. I think it's just noise in our visual systems. Just like electronic sensors we don't have a perfect signal to noise ratio, and when you take a way the signal (dark) all that is left is noise.
