Is it normal to see these things a lot?

Okay, so whenever I look into a wall or really almost anything solid, I see really scary faces and figures. I always feel like they're watching me, and I see a couple all the time but besides for them, they're all different. I'm scared to be alone anywhere, yet at the dame time I hate company and people... I'm afraid to shower because I see them in the walls, I'm afraid to look in the mirror... I'm not on any medication and have never been tested for any disorders. I used to go to therapy for self harm but I stopped both the therapy and the cutting.... I'm just scared someone help me quickly, I tried to talk to people about it but they don't listen or think I'm faking it.

Seeing faces in inanimate things and patterns is normal to a certain extent, as humans are predisposed to recognize faces. It's a type of misperception called pareidolia. Lots of people "see" a face when looking at the front part of a car for example.
But what you're describing seems more serious as it sounds like delusions. If you can't be by yourself without feeling scared, I think it would be best to see a specialist about this. Tell them how badly this impacts you in your daily life. Then they have to take this seriously. Good luck!
