Is it normal to shake a lot when your nervous

I just started a new school and i have been quite anxious about, and when i get anxious i shiver and then i try to suppress it and i end up with a weird twitch things. ITS REALLY WEIRD AND ANNOYING. It's pretty noticeable that my whole body is shaking and my teeth chatter i was wondering if anyone knew how to stop it or something...

Yes, it's normal. Being nervous and anxious when facing new situations is normal. Everyone gets nervous in their own ways, but when facing a new school you're not alone there. I get bad stomach aches when facing new situations. Maybe taking a deep breath will help?

I shake if I get really angry. One time some guy at a race I went to was being an ignorant asshole. I wanted to beat the hell out of him, but I would have felt bad beating up a drunk guy, even though I was 16. So I just sat there shaking uncontrollably. Thats probably the maddest I've ever been. But, I'm pretty sure it's normal, it happens to me sometimes when I'm really stressed also.

Yeah I do, you might have a tremor aggravated by anxiety or panic attack, I don't know the "proper" remedy but beta blockers work

  • I shake when I'm feeling sexually uncontrolable.

    Oh that explains everything.
