Is it normal to sit down in the shower?

when i get in my shower ( which also doubles as a bath) i immediately sit down. That way i get the warm water on my whole body.

    I shower upside down. I hang my legs over the shower head and suck the water off the floor.

    Its normal i do it because its warm and because im to lazy to stand up

    I've been considering getting a shower stool recently... I hate always having to hunker over because shower heads are never high enough.
