Is it normal to smell your own farts?

how do you not smell them?

As Fat Bastard said, everybody likes their own brand!

If I have to smell any of them, I'd much rather them be my own. It's a persistent fear that one day I need a stomach transplant and then all my farts are someone else's.

when im laying in bed, under a blanket, and fart, i like to cup my hand around my groin region then bring it up to my face to get a daring wiff of that festered gas

I unload gruesome honk when my wife hosts a social event. The mass damage and subsequent reaction from the guests justifies the effort required to pre-load for the event with devestating amounts of eggs, cheese, beans, korean kimchee, horse radish, salsa, and beef jerkey. Wash it down with pabst beer and sour-mash whiskey. Incubate the gruel for a couple of hours I guess. You will have non-stop gut bombs
and recommend to uncork in the guest area twice, thereafter in the toilet room(s). The toilet facilities will be virtually unusable for a long period of time as you continue to unload fume in order to replenish any fume that that might dissapate. At some point, I usually exclaim "That smells horrible". "Who the hell is gut blasting all over the
damn place". Just my thoughts for what it's worth.

I never try to smell them, but sometimes you can't help it if it wafts over to your nose.

Try this fart recipe.
Make yourself a bowl of chili, add to the bowl-
Half a Corona
extra beans, a pinch of Italian seasoning, real and dried onions, same thing with the garlic. taco seasoning, cook the beef seperate with steamed broccoli. and do NOT add it to the bowl, keep it on the side.
Add the seasons as strong as you can take it without vomiting, after you finish, then eat the beef and broccoli.
Then wash it down with another Corona and wait at least an hour before drinking anything else.
Also make sure you dont have anything important the next day.

I never do that, but sometimes it goes to my nose and it's rather nasty.

I try and smell my farts every time I fart, but I don't think it smells sweet that just weird dude....

I give myself dutch ovens in the bed all the time! I'll rip one and then duck my head under. I like the way my farts smell! Lol
