Is it normal to smoke up to 150 cigarettes a week?
Lately I've been smoking like a chimney. In the last three days alone I've had about 58 cigarettes, which is usually low! Is this normal? I'm smoking right now as I type this.

That's not even A full carton a week there's 200 in a carton you barely smoke a pack a day that's normal I use to smoke 2 packs a day on a good day
I used to smoke cigarettes, not as many as you but I managed to get off them by smoking weed instead. If you smoke a jat joint, you won't want to smoke a cigarette for an hour or 2 when you're high and also it's a lot harder to chain smoke weed because you either get too stoned to smoke any more or just fall asleep.
Maybe you could smoke 1 joint in the evening to help relieve the stress of nicotine withdrawal and put a tiny bit of tobacco in the joint. That way at least it might help reduce your smoking a bit
It depends I guess. You smoke a little more than a pack a day. I guess your habit is relatively normal amongst smokers, but it's fairly heavy for me. When I used to smoke regularly I would have about three packs a week.
Switch to vaping. It's safer. Don't listen to the media look at the studies.
I guess I'm THAT guy.
I vape and smoke. Weird, right? Not to me. See, I'm never without a cigarette or my vape, so it's always one or the other, but my hopes are I'll cut smoking out entirely and just continue vaping. It's a slow process but that is why I bought the vape to begin with. I stopped smoking for a bit and just vaped, but lately it's been one or the other, but hopefully by this time next month, or new year, I'll be vaping only.
😂😂🤣🤣 he or she only smokes a pack a day that's really not a lot I'd say that's about normal
Well, I wish I could actually answer that with a legitimate and valid response but I honestly don't know. I have multiple mental health and physical issues too which makes it even worse, yet here I am. I guess I'm just lucky sometimes? I mean, it's not like I've smoked for years and years, I've only been smoking for about four years (almost). But it's gotten worse this past year and I want to cut down. I've somewhat cut down/smoked less today. I've only had about 20. ("Only" lmao)
