Whenever I buy a book, which I do often, I take the time to feel the cover and smell the pages.

    I have done this my whole life! I love the smell of books,especially old ones,it reminds me of when i was little in school. Perfectly normal.

    When I was like 11 I thought new books could work as inhalants if I sniffed hard enough so after 5 minutes of trying to get high off a book I finally realized that wasn’t the case.

    I wasn’t a very bright kid.

    I do this,too. I've noticed that the different kinds of paper used 8n different books smell different, too. I like off-white pages best. The white pages don't smell as good. Neither do the beige ones. I also like the crinkly sound some books make when you read them.

    This post reminds me of when I was a kid. Everytime I got a new pack of pokémon cards, I'd sniff them. New paper smells so nice.

    When your feeling it are you going from one sharp edge to the next? In a circular motion? Or when you smell it how close do you get are you touching nose to page? You’re missing out on a lot here.

      I feel it in a circular motion and when I smell it I put my nose to the side of the book
