Is it normal to sniff my own farts

so a couple of days ago i was very gassy and i farted and i wanted to see how it smells so i put my head down and took a huge sniff and i kept on doing it and i couldn't stop, is something worn with me please vote.

    I find it more exciting to put a match to it with the lights out and then watch the room light up. Also my dog likes to fart in bed, I think she thinks it's funny, but I don't!
