Is it normal to squeeze tampons?

Okay so. I know this is weird. Like really weird.
I now use a menstrual cup (look it up if you don't know what it is) but before I used tampons and when I would take them out I would have a desire to squeeze the blood out of them and sometimes I did. I would then wash the tampon and "clean it" before throwing it away. Now, with my menstrual cup, I like pouring the blood like at the top of the sink and then watching it trickle down.

I know this is weird but have you ever done something like it?? Or like felt the desire to?

    Sounds fun albeit in a gross way, if you’re having to bleed for a week you may as well get some joy out of it. Carry on OP.
