Is it normal to stare at girls?

I'm a girl, and sometimes when I see other girls, I stare at them. If they have a nice butt and are walking in front of me I will just look at it the whole time they're in front of me.
Or if a girl is walking and she has big boobs I'll stare at her boobs and comment on them. Or if a girl is pretty I will stare at them.
And if a girl is just sexy I will stare at them all the time, if there isn't a sexy guy around.
And sometimes when there is a girl that looks kind of sad, or she is quiet, but she's pretty, I'll stare at her and think of going out with her or kissing her or something.
I like/LOVE guys, but I feel like I stare at girls a lot more than normal.

Is it normal?
