I had this friend with whom I was close with... basically told her everything about myself. turns out she was just being fake because as she saw the opportunity she backstabbed me...she talked to the one person she knew not to talk because of how said person felt about me. I completely cut off our relationship
there is a saying that goes you shouldn't hang around people that hang around people that don't like you because when your not around. guess who's the topic? don't know if it applies to everyone though but it makes sense
Weird how similar of a situation I'm in. I have a friend who wants me to cut another person out of my life because they don't like them.
I'm close to cutting that friend out of my life because they think it's okay to try to control the people I talk to.
I have high standards, and respect has to be earned before a commitment. I have cut lose some friends in the past because they had let me down one to many times.
When they start disappointing you without just cause, it's time to go. Life is too short to surround yourself with self absorbed people who will never meet your standards.
Yeah, shitty people happen. Take your sweet time to really get to know someone before you tell them your personal stuff.
