Is it normal to study & read all day yet not be in school?

Ive always ejoyed reading, studying and learning new things. Especially history and science. Yet, I hate school (thats another story) and dropped out (college).
To me, most schools dont help to apply meaning to what youre learning and judges you on test (which i suck at). I never mad many freinds there either.
It's almost like I create my own school. As a result, im more open minded and have a deeper understanding of things.

But I'm afraid I'm becoming addicted to it though. It's always been an important part of my life (i loved the library as a kid) but my social life is taking a hit (not many friends) and i really need a job.
Am i normal?

Work is overrated. Keep reading and make up a fantasy world that is the true key to success.

Get a job in a place that sells book and has a glory hole. You can suck a cock when you get bored.

A lot of things taught in schools can be learned by other means or places. I do suggest you get a job at a book store or a library, get in a comfort zone.

It's normal to me. Most of what I know is self-taught. I didn't get a lot out of school. They just seemed to be telling me stuff I already knew. I dropped out of University too, although not for the same reasons. I love science and I read a lot of history, although it takes me longer to soak it up.

I can't remember the name of the system (someone in IIN will probably know) but there's an education system that has a tutor but allows the student to be self-guided in their learning. I always with I'd been in a school like that.
