Is it normal to stunt grow at age 19? Are there any health risks to it? Does it exist or is it a myth?

Men aren't considered fully physically matured until about 25. people have been known to have growth spurts at age 21.
And stunted growth means that ones height is restricted.

I'd stopped growing by about 18. I'd guess that's pretty much normal, although some people do go on growing until 21.
