Is it normal to suck my gut in all the time?
I am currently on bodybuilding bulking stage, but my stomach just sticks out when i let it loose . .n i would look like a 6 month pregnant woman :D . . so i always suck it in wherever i go, it feels unnatural if i don't . . I tried improving my diet but it jus doesn't seem to work. It is slightly less when i wake up in the morning but as soon as i eat my breakfast it inflates. . I don't drink beer, soft drinks or other alcohols. . N its frustrating me sooooo much. What should i do?
