Is it normal to swallow air when i am hungry?

I do it instinctively and it kinda feels that it makes me full. I mostly do this when there is no food in the fridge.

    well sometimes when i become hungry i eat my own cum. it is high in protein and has a salty taste. but it does the job and makes me not hungry
