Is it normal to take adult education at 18?

I'm 18 years old and will major in computer animation in the future. It's summer though and I'm bored as hell with NOTHING to do... is it normal for me to enroll in Old People Education for drawing or something to entertain myself?

Adult education is not for adults. Not where I live anyways. They say only drops out are allowed to attend.

If that's what you want to do, but it cost money.

Sure, sounds normal to anyone that isn't so insecure that they can't handle the though of associating with people that aren't on their wavelength. At my college, most of my fellow students are around their 30's+ and let me tell you, it's better to sit in a class full of adults and middle aged+ folk than it is to sit in a class full of stupid little asshole kids who care little for education.

haha never thought of it but that's actually not a bad idea if you are bored and interested in the curriculum they are offering.

Of course, it's normal. I'm a young person and I've taken many classes with much older people in them. Heck! I was even thinking of taking up pottery. Don't get worried about the titles or the age group. The only thing that matters is that your learn and have fun.
