Is it normal to talk about you m.h. with friends and family
does anyone ever talk about mental health with there fried or family. not just the things that piss you off and make you cry but some of the serious life challenges you may experience and how they effect you. do yu feel comfortable enough to bring it up to the people close to you. And if you do how do they react are they positive or negative and if they are negative then do you just shut up and try to get over it?
