Is it normal to talk to yourself

I'm a person who actually like talking to myself it better then talking to people I been doing it seen I was little I just never grew out of it I guess I never will. I got better at controlling mostly at school because kids at school look at me weird so I just don't move my lips I think it and mostly move my eyes around. People tell me it's not Weird talking to yourself it more creepy if u answer yourself, I know it's not normal but I can't help it.

I used to talk to myself all the time...I think it can be fine, just don't let it get out of hand. I had to literally force myself for a good few months to stop talking to myself, until I finally broke out of the habit.

I talk to myself, ALL the time. For me, its easiar to think out loud than to think in my own head, especially when im busy or when im working... Be prepared though, people will think you are crazy etc and you might seclude yourself more but in all honesty, if i cant think out loud then i would be writing my own thoughts out like a diary.

Fuck it, you are normal and you can admit it!

I talk to myself, especially on long walks - just think of it as thinking outloud. I stop moving my lips when people walk by. I've been caught, but I dont give a f* - people dont really care..... after high school anyway.

Wear a blue tooth (though, you may risk looking like a douche bag with it on) then people will just think that you are talking on the phone.
Don't ask youself questions and answer them (like as if another person was answering them or whatever).... that may be a sign of something that a shrink may need to figure out.

You'll find that most people do this. More than you realize, some are better at disguising it than others. I would say it is only a problem if you are getting into deep conversations and answering yourself often as in daily. I do it but not often. I think its therapeutic but should not be substituted for human conversation. Don't isolate yourself is what I mean.
