Sometimes when I'm at work, I find myself saying thankyou to the credit card machines when they print out the receipts.( I work on a till) I don't think any of the customers notice, but I laugh at myself for it alot. I think it's just because I get used to using good manners when talking to everyone around me there. Aha :) I don't see any problem in your extra polite-ness, any positivity can only be good I spose ! :)

Call me crazy (and I am slightly...) but I think your stuff knows when it is appreciated, and works better when it knows it is.

    What a splendid idea:)

I normally don't thank them for doing their job, but sometimes I feel like inanimate objects have feelings.
