Is it normal to that i shake my hands when excited?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old male from Ireland. Mainly when excited, sometimes just out of the blue, I pull a weird face and start to shake my arms and hands vigorously. My family doesn't tend to see this happen, it is usually when I'm on my own. I'm the kind of person who likes everything to have structure and order, I'm neat and tidy and I like things to be perfect and to go my way. Is this normal?
