Is it normal to think god and angels are really aliens?

I've lost my faith until the other day when my aunt said what if their aliens? So I followed it up with a little research. I've come to believe this. Am I crazy or does it matter?

I Jesus was an alien, and he didn't say so then he would be a liar. The bible is only true if God existed before space and time when he said let there be light. According to science everything must be understood to have a beginning and an end. But in order for that to be true, There has to be something without a beginning or end to start everything. Otherwise the beginning of time would be a distance of an eternity in the past, and it would never be able to reach the present. Everything started with the big bang, so what started the big bang. If you really want to understand God and Jesus, you should read the sermon on the mount. It is a flat contradiction to human reason. Survival of the fittest is ignored. It is so contrary to our nature that even faithful people balk at the idea, of actually living it. The only reason anyone can have to obey these commands is because they love Jesus. Every aspect of human nature says that these things will not work, and yet they do. Bless you for wanting a true faith, and not satisfying yourself with a pretending.

I would suggest doing a bit more research. There's no real reason to believe any form of supernatural or alien forces have ever been at play within the world.

Besides this, what would it change if the 'gods' were actually aliens? It would mean that they most likely have no way to do anything with an afterlife either. If that's the case, what's the point of worshipping them at all?

To put it simply, a god worthy of worship has no need for worship, and a god who demands worship is not worthy of it.

Just keep looking and thinking about everything. That's all anyone can ask.

Yeah i do. If you think about it, one being with all that power is more or less, scientifically impossible, a being that created the universe, and is always around, is in every single part of it, can see and do anything. Nothing can have that power. God is merely a word for us to describe something that gives us hope, meaning, uniqueness amongst the world, and to help us grasp something that was and is unexplainable (at that present time).

God and his little angel buddies were probably just aliens that made us beleive that they rule everything, so we should worship them.

Lets put it this way, if they had an empire, because we "believe" that they are part of our religion, that makes us a little part of their "empire" right?

Hypothetically, theres an alien invasion, there are two species, that attack:
One says that they are just invaders.
The other says they are what we would call God, and angels.

Who are we more likely to side with for better or for worse?
