Is it normal to think that life isn't real?
I just think of life as a sick, twisted and bad (but very realistic) dream or illusion that only has us believing it's our true "reality".

Hello, you have been in a coma for almost 20 years. We are trying out a new treatment method, we don't know exactly where abouts this message will appear in your comatose state but we are running some tests.
I get feelings of unreality sometimes- especially when depressed. It's normal. Life is sick and twisted but it can also be merciful and beautiful. Life IS real. Life goes on.
How can we prove life is "real" though? We can't really see beyond our 5 senses and we're only brainwashed to believe that this is indeed "reality" because we don't know much about the possible realities beyond our world. Could just be a very clever made-up dream, if you ask me.
