When I talk, it definitely feels like my phone is listening. When I was telling some Coworkers about an upcoming trip to Cleveland, I got a notification from Google Maps about the Cleveland art museum. I also read that it is possible for outsiders to hack into your webcam and see through it. I honestly can't blame you for feeling this way. Although I'd like to know if there's anything about your home situation that might make you thing this, such as strict religious parents, I'd say that your own tech can give you enough reasons to feel that way.
If you have a computer, laptop, tablet; etc. That's got a webcam chances are you are. Even your cellphone.
People with mood disorders and schizophrenia think like that. What you need to do is think like "all the people in the world, why would someone have the time to film you and if they did what loser would have the time and energy watching you"..
Unless you have a younger brother or some shit selling vidjas of you to weird perverts online.
I'm no doctor, but it sounds like something I was dealing with a while back. This could potentially be a minor sign/symptom of Shcizophrenia or PTSD. It was Ptsd for me, but the same symptom shows up in both more or less, so you should do some research on this if it worries you.
