My sister got Exspelled out of school and went to an anger managment schools. This girl kept spitting on her, scratching her, and pulling her hair. My sister got tired of it and threw one punch at her and broke the brigde of her nose and put that girls nose on her forehead.
If this story is true, then my guess is a lot of important info was left out. How many fights had she been in previously? How many other types of unacceptable behaviors has she exhibited? How about the number of detentions and suspensions (in and out of school) has she served?
Bottom line: A student does not get expelled for throwing one punch.
I think you are full of sh*t, i find it impossible that a girl throw only one punch and something like that happened, or is she fat truck driver?
Yep, they overreacted but that's schools for you.
I would've done the same thing and fought for my case. Numerous times I actually called the kids parents (you can often get numbers through school's admin office), and spoke to them; it startled bullies a lot.
If it's true, then it just goes to show you how the school system isn't right.
What the frank!! One damn punch and she gets expelled! If somebody was doing that shit to me I would hav beaten the crap out of her!! Somebody bothers me I bother then :D somebody punches me I much then back that just the way I roll. :D
She shouldn't have gotten EXPELLED! maybe suspended but yeah thats basically denying education, especially if that was the only incident!
Wow, you people have never been bullied have you? If you go to the principal, you get beaten on twice as bad. And the school probably did overreact, unless she's gotten in a lot of trouble, cus I know a lot of people who got in huge fist fights and never got expelled.
Ok she had to have done previous stuff. Yo don't get expelled for a little punch. Your sister was being harrassed. Good for her to teach te other bitch a lesson, but if your sister had a rep for detentions, suspensions, other fights, etc. then expulsion might have been to way to get her put of the schools hair. If she was sent to an anger managment school thalen chances are she had it coming.
I know someone who got expelled at one school on the last day for walking to a store to buy a snack. I also know someone from another school who has been caught with drugs, yet he was only suspended.
0 Tolerance. And I'm with bigguy2010. And I think that even if that girl was harrassing her the way she was, your sister didn't have to take the matter into her own hands by immediately getting physical with the girl.
What she could've done was to speak with the school principal. If the problem were to still escalate, she could've told a higher authority. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to lay a hand on someone else. And I understand that she was defending herself, but there are so many other ways in solving problems. Breaking someones nose just gives you an invitation to court.
As for the other girl, why she was spitting? I don't know. But she sounds like trash to me. There's always two sides to every story. I don't know who the real victim is, but both girls could probably use some time out. They should have expelled both.
