Sometimes I get a really bad twitch where I turn my neck really fast. It's weird. Is this normal?

    Yes! Exactly like an involuntary spasm! I have no pain at all when it happens. It's sudden and I can't control it. And I never headbang lol.

    I read the "twitch"
    as "witch", anyway do you headbang a lot because I once went to a concert and headbanged like crazy and had a twitch like feeling for a few weeks.

    Is your twitching like an involuntary spasm? I twitches once every blue moon, but they don't usually occur in one body part. I don't know if it's normal so it might be best if you saw a doctor, just in case.

    how would yo describe it.cause i have had that happen only in a sharo pain, when i turn my neck to quickly
