Is it normal to use vicks vaporub as chapstick?

I started doing this like last week, and it feels really good on my lips. It sort of makes them burn (but not bad, sort of a cool feeling), and makes them feel soft and moisturized. Is it normal to keep doing this?

    Reminds me of this one lady on My Strange Addiction who straight-up ATE Vicks Vapo Rub!

    They make a chapstick that will give you a similar feeling and is easier to carry around.

    I want to desperately assume that you mean the lips on your mouth. If so, I think it's normal but VV has menthol and is not supposed to be eaten. Basically, you'll be inhaling menthol all day long and potentially poising yourself.
