it's normal for that to happen occasionally, and at times for several days in a row.
If it becomes a long term trend then you need to start looking for the reason. It is more likely stress or life situations than it is physical (but it could be physical).
You need to be talking to professionals with experience in this area to figure this out and find a solution if its long term.
