Is it normal to want big boobs and are breast implants safe?

I really like the idea of having big breasts, maybe a D or E cup. But I keep hearing about how implants are causing breast implant illness in some women who get them. I don't like the idea of spending a lot of money on them only to possibly need them removed. Then there are other issues like the implant hardening or rupturing, or looking too stuck on, even when it's a reputable surgeon. Do you think the issues with implants are exaggerated? There must be many women who have no issues with them.

    Breast implants aren't as common now because yes they do cause illness. That's why many are getting them removed. My friend had them two years later she developed severe fatigue and severe migraines. She read about it and apparently it's common so she removed them and she was literally better within days. I think because the body thinks it's under attack or something so it stresses it out.

    You can always save more and try fat transfer that's safer and much less risks.

        I'm saying both have benefits for lots of different people, and if you're even a little bit apprehensive about it is it worth going through the process knowing what you do about the risks
