  • It's a scare tactic. He's hoping that by threatening you he'll get what he wants.

You gave him no assurances of money back and it broke. Personally I'd tell him "Tough Cookies, Champ" because legally he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

      This.

      Plus the following...
      1) You don't get warranties on second hand purchases
      2) If he could afford a lawyer why is he buying used ipods?

If he keeps threatening you call the police.

  • If you ripped him off then give his money back. Don't be part of the problem in the world today. If he fucked it up then find some large people to call him up and ask him to knock off the threatening behavior!

people like him are bottom feeding lowlife scumbags just like the guys you see holding cardboard signs begging for cash at the intersection at one moment and the next moment they jump into a mercedes benz. Homeless but not car-less? pieces of shyt... dont pay the mother dude a cent.

Unless you admit to anything or agree to pay him, he has nothing to go on. So be careful what you say!! He might be recording conversations or texts, so agree to NOTHING. Just tell him to take you to court. He'll have to know your name and address to sue you, so don't give him that information either. Just don't say anything at all.
