Is it normal to want to eat 'normally'?

I used to be super overweight (175 lbs and 5 feet nothing) and I started dieting by calorie counting for awhile which turned super unhealthy in the long run because I battle with myself about eating 'too much' but often i'm eating too little I suppose. I have restricted myself down to 1200 calories a day and weigh about 130 lbs and i'm 5 feet 1 inch now. Most of the time though I just want to eat food without worrying about the calories or measuring it out yet I feel like if I do i'll get fat again. Is this normal?

Get yourself out hiking! Activity and exercise! Also, apparently often (can't remember the percentage) when you think you're hungry you're actually thirsty. Try replacing snack cravings with something healthy to drink.

I'd say it's normal it's normal to not want to worry about what your eating, but some people are more prone to weight gain then others. You should try and look at different ways of dieting then just calorie counting. you can try focusing more on what it is your eating, 500 cals of meat or pasta is way less food then 500 cals of veggies and fruit. It's also helpful to have multiple smaller meals throughout the day rather then few large meals.

If you feel like you struggle with beating yourself up over eating to much or to little. Then talk to someone, it's easy to cross the line of trying to eat healthy to forming a disorder without noticing.
