Sometimes I feel like traveling with family or friends can be irritating and annoying. There’s always someone in the group complaining or wanting to do something else which kills the mood at times.
There's nothing at all wrong about travelling alone. Many people would be self-conscious about strangers assuming that they have no friends and they'd miss travelling with a support network, but if you have the self-confidence to do it and you think you'd enjoy the tranquillity and freedom, go for it.
You might find that you miss all the petty dramas of being with others and discover that shared vacations are, on balance, better than flying solo. Or you might decide that going on your own leaves you feeling much more rested when you return home. You won't know for sure unless you try it.
Normal. I enjoy vacationing with friends, but it can get really tiresome.
Depends on if you are a woman honestly. Alone females have it drastically worse than males when it comes to going in vacations alone.
I could use a mental health day away from people. But after 36 hours I would miss them.
I went to Vegas alone. At first it was odd but then I had an amazing time.
Alone is the best. You make your own schedule, see what you want and avoid all the dramas.
The downside is no one else will care about your trip and there will be no one to reminisce with.
