I can't stand my dog. Its a black toy poodle and it is the most annoying thing on Earth. It gets in the garbage, goes phyco at me when i put it in it's cage and sometimes bites me. some times i just want to shoot it when I'm practicing shooting my airsoft. My mom and I never stop hoping that she runs into the road and gets ran over.
Then why do you still have the poor thing. Give it to someone who will love it. It probably wants a new home also.

I like animals. I have always had dogs and other pets. But not ALL dogs are loving wonderful creatures. It may not even be your fault that your dog is acting like an asshole. If it's a purebred it's possible it's an inbred piece of ahoy from a puppymill. I suggest you find it another home or take it to an animal shelter and let them deal with it. Shooting it would be messy.
When dogs have problem behaviours it always comes from people doing the wrong things. Of course dogs have different personalities and some can be more stubborn than others, that's no different from children, and in both cases a well behaved animal (yes, people are animals) can be raised. Now, stop trying to be hardcore with your silly comments, the welfare of a living, feeling creature is at stake and this isn't the time to be dismissive or to make this political. Grow up.
I know how you feel, either get a trainer or the better option is to just give it away. When I used to live at my parents we had a Bichon and while it had its moments of being likable, it was also extremely annoying, barking in the middle of the night, being generally disobedient and trying to train it didn't seem to help.
If it was my dog I would've definitely given it away-but my parents seemed not to be as bothered by it as I was and kept it. I'm glad I'm no longer living with them. :)

I hated my dog too when she was a puppy, always threatened to get rid of her because she wasnt trained yet and bugges me, id call her stupid, etc. but you just have to put alot of work into dogs & they can read you so it can probably tell you hate it. me & my dog have the closest connection ever now & shes very smart. work on em & it can be your best friend, but if not give it to a loving home.

and if you are, you need to train your dog if it's still a puppy. If not, give it to someone who will care for it because you wanting to kill YOUR dog isn't normal.

Wrong! Dogs were not bred (created) to be PETS, they were created to work, herding animals, hunting, etc. Dogs kept in the house, turned into pets and made a "part of the family" are out of their element and this is the reason there are so many cases now of dogs attacking and seriously injuring, or killing, people (usually children). Dogs were not created to be "loved" and people who have to depend on a dog for companionship is such a misfit that society would be better off without them and their worthless POS dogs!

When you try to turn a large dog bred for a specific purpose into a PET and "family member," you are taking the dog out of its element and that is not fair to the dog and much more inhumane than someone who goes out and shoots a dog because at least the shooting is over quickly. The confinement of a large dog in a house or apartment is a life sentence! You are a fucking animal abuser and HYPOCRITE! Everyone knows people like you are into beastiality and that's illegal in most states. So watch out when you're getting it on with your 4-legged "family" member!
I'm guessing it wasn't your idea to get the dog. I suggest that you try to train it not to bite you and to go into it's cage quietly. You can find a million recourses on dog training, so it shouldn't be hard to find something. Is it still a puppy? If it is, it will probably calm down with age. If you still despise it, I'd try to find a loving, caring home for it.

That is a myth. Dogs do what they need to do to get fed and sheltered and if that means dancing around like fools and wagging their filthy tails, they will do it.
Dogs have killed 18 people in the United States so far this year and seriously injured hundreds of others, and most of the dogs involved were so-called "loving, sweet" family pets that had never shown any aggressive tendencies before they attacked.

That is so sad! My dog isn't perfect, but he is the cutest thing ever and smart too. I cry at night thinking that one day he will die. There are a million things you can do to help your dog who clearly has anxiety issues. You could get a trainer, give her away, give her treats when she goes in her kennel, buy her a thunder shirt, etc.
Have you considered sending it to dog training? This would help you a lot. If you are really so desperate they have shows for this. Where you can call a dog expert to tell you whats going wrong with your animal. Perhaps you do not know how to handle it. Not sure if these type of shows cost money but they are suppose to help. They have a trainer who is good with cats, and one who fixes dogs. Look up "dogwhisperer".
The answer is simple just give it up because ur just making the dog more miserable.
Also to Moonbow: you mention how dogs wag their filthy tails and dance around to get your attention but how else are they gonna ask for food? They obviously cant talk! And if you point out that dogs have killed 18 people this year what about humans killing each other obviously more than 18.

This is very far from normal. It would be normal to want to give your dog away but not to kill it. Obviously your mom also has anger problems and is not mentally healthy. She should know better.
if she's still a puppy she needs to get the hyperness out of her system. if not, maybe she hasn't been trained very well & should be taken to obedience school.
or if she really annoys you that bad, give her to someone that will love her.

That's horrible.
The only way you can be prosecuted for killing a dog is if you happen to live some place where you could possibly be charged with animal cruelty (and even then, the DA would have to prove that you killed it in a "cruel" manner), or if you get caught. People kill dogs all the time and don't get caught doing it.
If you don't want to kill the annoying thing, take it to the night drop off at the pound -- but be sure you remove its tags and collar first.
