Is it normal to want to know the answers to why i seen this?

I am Abigail.
I am 18 years of age and about 7 or 8 years ago I went to Texas for the first time with my Grandmother to see my great aunt and uncle. We were there about a week. One night while me and my grandmother were laying in bed, I was right at the edge of falling asleep. Then out of nowhere there was these BIG RED EYES. Each eye was about a foot long. It stood out! I screamed at the top of my lungs,"RED EYES RED EYES!" My grandmother grabbed my forehead and and started to pray. the BIG RED EYES went away. Then, about one minute later there were a lot of small beady red eyes ,like spiders but with no body's (just eyes), started to crawl from the bottom of our bed. I started kicking and screaming red eyes repeatedly again and shoved my entire body so close to the headboard trying to cover my head with the blanket. Again my grandmother started to pray and was calling out Jesus name to make them go away. I've tried so hard to find answers, but never have. I wish i could just figure out what it was and why I was the only one who could see it. I have never been back to my great aunts and uncles, And i have had no desire to ever go back to Texas. Please if there is anyone out there with any answer, even if its not accurate. I just need some answers. I do not want any one to think I am crazy please. This has been bugging me for over half my life now. Thanks for your time!

    Demons? Evil spirits? I doubt it was aliens. What did your grandma say it was? You could ask a psychic or a paranormal expert if they can tell you what those things were and where they came from.

    Check out lucid dreaming and related subjects. This happens to a lot of people when they're about to fall asleep. There's nothing scary happening; it's just your brain being confused as it's trying to overlap your dreams and reality. It makes for an interesting experience.
