Is it normal to want to penetrate my gums like this?

I have braces and about 6 months ago I got some kind of tooth exraction surgery on my upper left side. It took a whole for the tooth to come down but ever since, I have been fantasyzing about poking the tooth back in and squishing the sharp part around the gums then ripping it back out and then jabbing something soft or rubber up there. I like the idea of the tooth being ripped and expanding the gum and then there being a gaping hole where i can use a glove or something to poke the insides and releive or numb the pain? So sometimes I poke the edges with a DS stylus and even almost get inside; sometimes to the point where i cant taste blood; even though i would rather do it with something just a bit sharper maybe? (It is harmless because I only do it on occassion)
Sometimes after I get my braces tightened and they hurt I think about ripping out all my teeth and then chewing on a washcloth that would soak up all the blood. I think this is due to the pain that I feel from the asjustments and bite plate. Is this a normal feeling?

Umm.... I think you might need to talk to your dentist. I think you're having anxiety related to your tooth pain or something.

I don't think you should do that, you might regret it later on.
