Is it normal to wear earplugs almost everywhere i go?
Okay, so I have extremely sensitive senses, so I take precautionary measures so I don't get migraines. One way is by wearing earplugs. I have long hair that covers my ears, so they can't be seen. Normally, everywhere I go is just way too loud for me and sets me off into a migraine. When I wear earplugs, the noise level is usually much more tolerable for me. I still hear everything everyone else does, but I also hear my breath sounding like Darth Vader. I don't wear them when visiting friends, but I absolutely have to wear them at church, restaurants, movies, concerts, etc. Here are other things I have to do: so many other things set me off into a migraine, like smoke, perfumes, or chemicals. So, I have to avoid many places, or take smelling oil with no alcohol in it and pour some onto a napkin and hold it over my nose when I come into contact with those things. Does anybody else have that problem?
